Our Customer Experience team is happy to help and we do our best to make sure you receive a prompt reply (normally within 24 hours) – we currently work Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm CST, and frequently check requests on Sat-Sun. Our team celebrates the holidays with our lovely families, and will not be checking requests on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and other major US holidays.
